La Barceloneta is a beachfront neighborhood in Barcelona and the smallest of the 4 neighborhoods of Ciutat Vella. The neighborhood has many charming old houses, bars and open-air restaurants. In the narrow streets of Barceloneta you will find typical restaurants and bars with excellent fish and seafood. La Barceloneta is a beach area. The beaches of Barceloneta are crowded with both tourists and local people.

The space

We do everything we can to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. The apartment is always cleaned before your arrival, and everything is arranged and prepared for your stay. However, we do not offer typical hotel services such as breakfast, room service, airport pickup, etc. Also, don't expect basic supplies like coffee, sugar, salt, and oil to be provided. However, you will find a couple of toilet paper rolls, all cutlery and dishes, a coffee maker, a microwave, bed linen and towels.

Other notable aspects

We do not accept groups under 25 years old (families are very welcome!)/Groups under 25 years old are not accepted (families are very welcome!). Water and electricity bills are not included.

Check-in fees:

after 20:00 (8 pm), the additional late arrival fee is 30 EUR

After 00:00 (12 am) the extra charge for late arrival is 50 EUR

Holidays and arrival on Sundays with an additional charge are always 30 EUR.
