Large apartment located close to La Sagrada Familia in a quiet and safe area.

 This big and cosy apartment is situated on the 7th floor in an interesting building from the seventies. The building has a porter and four elevators and easy access for the disabled. The apartment has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a sunny balcony. The balcony also has a homemade quality hammock to “catch some rays” and have a nice siesta. The living room area has a comfortable sofa and a spacious dining area. The apartment accommodates up to 9 people and is very well located in a safe and quiet area.

 The Navas metro station is just down the road and there are plenty of local food shops, bakeries, restaurants and a big supermarket in the immediate surroundings. La Sagrada Familia of Gaudí and the exceptional Hospital de Sant Pau, designed by “the other” great architect of the modernisme period, Lluís Domènech is also nearby. An added benefit of renting in a location like this one, is staying in a genuine neighbourhood removed from the more intense touristy areas. At the same time the trendy Eixample district, the Barcelona Old Town and the beaches are all easily reached in a few minutes on the metro.

Parking

It’s not easy to park in the street in Barcelona and it’s possible to park free in the street from 20:00 h. on Fridays until 8:00 h. on Mondays and also on holidays. Also, there is a parking at only 400 meters far from the apartment which has a price of +/- 24 euros per day. This parking has a price of 148 euros per month which means it’s fine if you are going to stay 7 days or longer. It’s a special price for our guests.
