This is an excellent location for those visiting Barcelona for culture or business or both. Not far from the mighty Camp Nou, and in the neighbourhood of the Commercial fairs at Pl.Espanya and the cultural institutions at Montjuic

 Refurbished, practically decorated and in vivid and fresh colours – this is a modern and convenient place with all comforts so that your energy can be focused on having a rewarding and memorable Barcelona stay! 2-4 people can easily share the 45 sqm large accommodation. In addition to the double bed in the bedroom there is a sofa bed that sleeps two in the living room. The kitchen and bathroom are of a high standard and makes daily life here run smoothly.

 The apartment is located just next to the very eccentric Parc de l‘Espanya Industrial. The park is paying homage to the areas industrial past in a way that some find inspiring and others just plain ugly! The Parc Joan Miró is in the same area – a different example of turning a former industrial site into a park. Within strolling distance you will find The Plaça Espanya from which you can attend commercial fairs at the Fira de Barcelona and visit great cultural institutions like the Museu Nacional. Located between the main transportation hubs Sants Train Station and the Plaza Espanya moving in, out and around Barcelona could hardly be easier.

PARKING

Si vienen en coche les confirmamos que hay varios parkings en los alrededores. Hay un parking próximo al estadio del FC Barcelona (1 estación de metro desde el apartamento) donde pueden aparcar el coche por sólo 10 euros por día. Está vigilado las 24 horas del día. Está muy bien si no van a utilizar el coche durante su estancia. También, está bien ya que es muy complicado aparcar en Barcelona y el precio de los parkings privados es de +/- 25-40 euros por día.
