Feel like royalty when visiting Barcelona at our flat by the seaside in picturesque port! With spectacular ocean views and high-ceilings (with the typical Catalan wooden beams).

 This is the perfect flat for regaining your breath after exploring the thrilling city. Here, you reside over Barcelona’s amazing Port Olímpic - the Olympic Port - , and have the marina with its vessels, restaurants and lively atmosphere at your feet. The newly renovated flat appears larger than its 70m2, due to the spacious, luminous main room with and open-plan kitchen and the tasteful redecoration of the space. This area has been sectioned off into separate departments for dining and relaxing. There are two charming bedrooms with double beds (or two separates beds) and a comfortable, modern bathroom with a tub to lie in and soak-up your experiences of the sun, the sea and the city. Rooms are held in a shimmering grey, off-whites, and light brown colours through and through, with modern furniture leaning towards a colonial style.

Arriving in Barcelona, at the Estació del Nord or Estació de França train stations, there are just a few blocks to our flat where you can unpack, bring out your swimsuit and head for the beaches. Going in the opposite direction, into town, you’ll encounter the singular El Born neighbourhood of the Barcelona Old Town. This medieval area hosts some of Barcelona’s most interesting sites like The Picasso Museum and the church of Santa Maria del Mar as well as  the city’s largest park (where you find the Barcelona Zoo) Parc de la Ciutadella. An added attraction is the rapidly increasing number of outlets and independent boutiques encouraging visitors to bring home a unique garment from expeditions in the Born backstreets.

Parking

There are several parkings nearby. Also, there are these two other most economical alternatives:

1. There is a parking not far from the apartment (+/- 1.6 Km) which has a price of +/- 57 euros for 3 nights, +/- 85 euros for 5 nights, +/- 102 euros for 7 nights, +/- 114 euros for 10 nights, +/- 137 euros for 15 nights, etc. . . (you have to ask for the Day Card). If you are going to use the car during your stay it's possible without paying again. It's a good price because it's not easy to park in the street in Barcelona city center and parkings have an average price +/- 25-40 euros per day.

2. There is another parking not far from the apartment (+/- 1.8 Km) where you can park the car for only 75 euros for max. 8 days. if you are going to use the car during your stay then you'll have to pay again. This is a good alternative if you are not going to use your car during your stay. We advise you to use the public transport.
