 The open, smart design has a relaxing effect on our guests. The uncluttered interior design, the fair colours and clever room design are “stretching” the apartment beyond its 70m2. The traditional wooden beams in the high ceiling are a reminder of a more “rustic” Barcelona otherwise not present in this environment. The light colours and the abundant sunlight give the place a transparent quality. There are two comfortable bedrooms, a charming bathroom as well as a practical kitchen area to experiment with the local produce, preferably bought in one of the excellent markets close-by.

The apartment is located just a few blocks away from the city’s greatest attraction, La Sagrada Familia and just a few blocks from several of Barcelona’s great contributions to architectural history. The area is, however, almost as famous for the quality of shopping, nightlife and dining options as for the architectural heritage. The stately boulevard of Passeig de Gràcia, with seriously high-end shopping, is down the road and a high percentage of the city’s most outstanding nightclubs and restaurants are found in Eixample as well.
