The flat is designed to function as a refuge from the intensity and tempo that a day in Barcelona entails. There are fair, pleasant colours in all the rooms, the kitchen and the bathroom are dressed in tiles. The flat has two comfortable bedrooms. The separate kitchen is practical. To capitalise on the proximity to one of the city’s best markets: Mercat de la Concepció, this spacious and well equipped kitchen comes in handy.
The building is located in the heart of Barcelona’s Eixample Dret district. The highest density of architectural treasures in the city is in this area including the symbol of the city the temple of La Sagrada Familia which is within walking distance of the flat. The area is, furthermore, the hottest shopping district in the city with its Passeig de Gràcia- Boulevard Rosa -, which is just 4 blocks away. Of the other Eixample sights, the accommodation is a convenient point of departure for Teatre Nacional de Catalunya, the concert-hall L'Auditori de Barcelona, Museu Egipci de Barcelona, etc. Main transport points in Barcelona, like Arc delTriomfand Estació del Nordare also close-by, and the historical centre of the city: Ciutat Vella, is reached easily. This modern, central flat is an excellent alternative for families or friends on vacation together.

There are several parkings nearby. Also, there is an economical alternative:
*There is a parking not far from the apartment (+/- 1.1 Km) where you can park the car for only 75 euros for max. 8 days. If you are going to use the car during your stay then you'll have to pay again. It's a good price because it's not easy to park in the street in Barcelona and parkings have an average price +/- 25-40 euros per day. This is a good alternative if you are not going to use your car during your stay. We advise you to use the public transport.
